“A US church says actor Heath Ledger is in hell because he played a gay cowboy in one of his films, and has vowed to picket his funeral. The Westboro Baptist Church (WBC), a Kansas-based congregation known for its demonstrations outside funerals for US soldiers killed in Iraq, said the Perth-born Australian actor who died yesterday was “now in hell”. “WBC will picket this pervert’s funeral in religious protest,” the group said in a statement on its website. “God hates the sordid, tacky bucket of slime seasoned with vomit known as Brokeback Mountain – and He hates all persons having anything to whatsoever to do with it.

“Heath Ledger is now in hell, and has begun serving his eternal sentence there.” Ledger, 28, was found dead in his Manhattan apartment yesterday. A post-mortem examination has been inconclusive and toxicology tests are being performed to determine what, if any, drugs were in his system when he died. Ledger was nominated for an Oscar for his portrayal of gay cowboy Ennis Del Mar in Brokeback Mountain, a role for which he was widely admired.”

Of all the lowest cunt acts I have seen in recent times and there have been so so many, care of America, and once again the lucky country throws up another one… How fucking DARE these arseholes even contemplate doing such a thing on such a sad sad occasion, I’m all for voicing your opinion and standing up for what you think is right, but this is just the lowest of low… Do these people have no sympathy towards the family of Heath Ledger at all? Their young son\brother\nephew\uncle has just died, let them fucking grieve!!!

Put your bullshit good for nothing placards away, no one gives a fuck about your cause… If I had the time and\or money I would make it over to WA go picket the picketers… I think such placards as the following would to down well…
